FAQ
How do I book a session?
You can fill out my inquiry/contact form here on my website or message me on my Facebook or Instagram pages. I will respond as soon as possible with booking information and availability. A 50% non-refundable retainer as well as a signed contract that I will share are both due to secure and book the date.
How early should I book?
I always say the earlier, the better! During busy seasons especially, it is harder to squeeze in sessions. Book as early as you can!
What should I wear? Do you help with styling?
Wear whatever makes you feel your best and comfortable! I recommend leaning towards neutral, earthy, or soft tones that compliment the natural light and keep the focus on you, not the outfit. Think creams, tans, muted colors, and gentle pastels. I tend to tell people to stray away from loud patterns. I love helping with styling and choices, so just let me know!
How and when will I get my photos?
My turnaround times for galleries differ depending on the type of session, so we can absolutely chat about what that looks like personalized for you! Typically, galleries are delivered through Pixieset in an online, downloadable gallery within 3-4 weeks. Event turnaround times can be longer. Sometimes, there can be delays with galleries and I will remain communicative about any delays or changes.
What are your policies on delivered photos and galleries?
It is my personal business policy that I do not provide raw, unedited photos under any circumstances. All final images are artistically edited and curated to represent my professional and personal standard and style.
What is your policy on rescheduling and refunds?
While retainers and session payments are non-refundable, sessions are transferrable. If someone is sick, the weather is not cooperating, or something comes up, we can absolutely reschedule and look for a new date for your session. Rescheduling can only occur up to three times.
Do you travel for sessions?
I absolutely do and would love to travel to you for your session! For travel outside of Knoxville, TN and surrounding areas, there will be a travel fee associated that will be communicated to the client based on the distance.
